Park Hyatt
The 17-floor Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, will be part of the Merdeka 118 tower development. The hotel will have 232 guestrooms with 28 suites and 30 residential apartments. The hotel will be the fourth Hyatt-branded hotel to operate in Malaysia.

Hilton will mark its inaugural luxury brand, Conrad into Kuala Lumpur city with the redevelopment of the former Malaysia Airlines (MAS) headquarters. Located within the Golden Triangle district, a commercial and shopping hub in Kuala Lumpur, and one hour by car from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, the 544-room Conrad will be part of a mixed-use development that also comprises an office tower.

A brand by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, opens the 527 rooms and suites in the heart of Bukit Bintang with a roof terrace greenery making up 13,000 sq ft of lush plants, and a vertical garden façade with sky planters. Other facilities are a St Gregory spa, gymnasium, a fitness studio, as well as a swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery.

Else Retreat
Else Hotel, the latest hospitality brand founded by Justin Chen, deputy CEO of Singapore-based investment holding company Arcc Holdings Pte Ltd, and Javier Perez, F&B entrepreneur and founder of the Kilo and Grain Traders brands is opening its doors by refurbishing the former Lee Rubber Building in downtown Kuala Lumpur.

Malaysia’s first ever Kimpton will be located none other than the major city, Kuala Lumpur which will feature 471 rooms with 3 food and beverage outlets including a rooftop bar and restaurant, and a deli-grocer café.
